Sources | Landed Files Retain Source Information
We retain more information about landed files in the ID to make it easier to understand its source. The file IDs of all newly landed files are now:
- Suffixed with the original source filename.
- Grouped with a prefix corresponding to the id of the courier job that landed the file.
For example:
- landing/all/cb-20231127-76433-Lu1ri/8-54-datawarehouse_20231120010021.csv
This new format supports faster explorability, filenames extractable in queries, and easy to understand failures.
