Destinations | Profile API Now Generally Available

We're excited to announce that our Profile API is now generally available! Our Profile API is a new way to access the latest and most accurate customer profiles on-demand to power personalized and timely interactions with your customers.

Now you have the flexibility to personalize in every context by looking up single profiles, multiple records on a profile, or even multiple profiles, which is crucial when you have several people associated with an identifier like an airplane reservation or shared family account.

You can use the Profile API for:

Guide the customer's experience on your website or in your app with personalized messages and targeted promotions.

Deliver stellar customer interactions with personalized routing and relevant upselling.

Send daily, personalized customer emails based on the most up-to-date customer profile data.

Add customer-specific details to contextual outreach, like targeted cart abandonment messages.

To use the Profile API, please reach out to your Amperity representative via the Amperity Support Portal (or send an email to support@amperity.com) and request enabling the Profile API for your tenant.
