Compliance | Self-Serve Compliance Deletes & New Overview Table
We’re excited to announce several recent updates to compliance features in the Amperity Platform:
Automatic Privacy Compliance
Compliance deletes can now run as a part of any workflow where stitch runs. This means you can manage compliance deletes yourself. Please note that:
- Compliance deletes and result orchestrations will now run following stitch. As a result, the window until results are replaced by the next run is significantly shortened. More frequent runs will yield a default 1 run window to view results. Enable database table versioning if you want to view results from previous runs. You can do this using the right sidebar option menu on any database table.
- Sandboxes can now be used to setup and trial compliance deletions by running stitch. When promoted, these will maintain the same behavior in production.
- Compliance report tables have been replaced with Unified_Compliance and Unified_Compliance_Overview as the source of truth for compliance results (i.e. what got deleted in a workflow). This speeds up reporting on compliance results.
- All tenants are now able to use request_phone, request_custom_key and request_address fields.
Introducing Unified:Compliance_Overview
We are now introducing Unified:Compliance Overview, which is the same content as the Compliance:Overview_Report table.
Unified:Compliance Customization and Flexiblity
We have removed the requirement that a Unified:Compliance passthrough exists on an automatic database for tenants running compliance. You can now use a custom SQL version of Unified:Compliance in your database if you want to split out your results by region or brand across multiple databases.
About Privacy Rights Workflows in Amperity
